Fat Burner Smoothie Recipe

Smoothies are very popular nowadays. Instead of buying expensive multi-vitamins, smoothies will provide you with all necessary minerals, vitamins and nutrients, help your digestive system and give you energy. Skip the yogurt, ice cream and milk. They won’t make you lose weight. Instead use natural and fresh add-ins.
This delicious fat burning smoothie is easy to make. Bananas will give you instant energy and strawberries are excellent source of vitamin C.

To prepare the Fat Burner Smoothie you will need the following.

Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup steel-cut oats
– 1 banana
– 1 cup strawberries
– 1/2 cup ice cubes
– 1 packet stevia, optional
– Cinnamon, to taste
Preparation:
Put the oats in the blender and blend until you reach powdery consistency. Turn off the blender add 1 cup water and the remaining ingredients. Blend all until creamy. Use couple of ice cubes if you like. Serve.
